5. When building refractory materials, the refractory mortar should be the same as bricks. Different refractory materials and refractory slurries should not be mixed.
6. The selection of refractory castable materials should be economical and reasonable, and the configuration should be reasonable. Choose high-quality refractories as high-grade refractories. Otherwise, it will not only affect the service life of the glass furnace, but also cause great waste and unreasonable rationality.
7. We should be responsible for the technical management of the glass kiln, observe the burning loss and corrosion of the kiln, and find the weak links of the kiln repair, so that the design of the kiln and the selection of refractory materials will be put into the furnace in the future. At the same time, a dedicated person is responsible for the relevant technical requirements of refractory materials, physical and chemical test reports, masonry, kiln drying, maintenance and kiln maintenance, original records, establishment of special files, etc. Accumulate experience and continuously improve the selection and configuration of refractory materials.
