Casting method and application of AZS series products

The fused zirconium corundum bricks are made by completely melting the raw materials and casting them in a mold, and then cooling and solidifying them. The shrinkage caused by the volume shrinkage of this product during condensation is a matter of special attention when using it. The casting methods of fused zirconium corundum bricks are ordinary casting, inclined casting, non-shrinkage casting and quasi-non-shrinkage casting.
The different casting methods of AZS products can meet the requirements of various parts of the glass furnace.
PT-Ordinary casting
In the usual pouring method, the shrinkage hole of the product is located in the lower part of the casting gate, which is mostly used for the upper structure of the melting pool. Wait for erosion not serious.
QX-inclined casting
The oblique casting method is adopted, and the shrinkage hole of the product is offset to the lower end, which is mainly used as a pool wall brick.
WS-No shrink cavity casting
The non-shrinkage products of the shrinkage hole part of the cast brick are mainly used, such as the liquid erosion hole, the kiln sill, the corner of the pool wall, the paving surface and other severely eroded parts.
ZWS-quasi-non-shrinkage casting
Similar to the non-shrinkage casting, the shrinkage hole of the cast brick is basically cut off, mainly used as the pool wall brick.
