The main points of the process of making lightweight insulation fireclay brick
The raw materials for making unburned clay light bricks are fly ash sediment beads, floating beads, hard clay, and soft clay, and the binder can be selected from a water glass, aluminum sulfate, aluminum phosphate, high alumina cement, phenolic resin, modified resin, and its complexes. Its proportion is as follows: fly ash hollow floating beads 35~50%, sinking beads + hard clay 25~30%, soft clay <15%, composite binder <10%. The prepared raw materials are kneaded in a mixer. Feeding sequence: hollow floating beads, sinking beads, hard clay, soft clay, and finally adding binder. Mixing for 15min, the mud moisture is controlled at 10~35%. After the material is trapped, it is formed with a 20~60t brick press. The bricks are dried at 150~200℃, and the finished product is dried to constant weight.
Technological essentials of making clay light bricks by combustible addition method
The main raw materials for the manufacture of clay light bricks are clay light aggregates and clay powder, and the burnt material is sawdust. The particle size requirements of raw materials after crushing and pulverizing are as follows: Light aggregate: 0.25~0.147mm<25%, <0.088mm>55%, clay <0.088mm accounts for more than 90%. Sawdust needs to be screened by 1mm before it can be used. Mixing is done on a mixer. Feeding sequence: add light aggregate and clay first, dry mix for 2 minutes, then add water, wet mix for 6 minutes, then discharge. The mud moisture is 17-20%.
After the mud is trapped for 24 hours, it is formed by a friction brick press. The bricks are dried by a tunnel dryer, the drying temperature is 80~250℃, and the residual moisture of the bricks is controlled to be less than 2%. Firing is carried out in an inverted flame kiln, the maximum firing temperature is 1250 ° C, the temperature is kept for 4 hours, and the kiln can be released after natural cooling for 24 hours.
Technological main points of manufacturing lightweight insulation fireclay brick by combustible addition method
The raw materials for the manufacture of lightweight insulation fireclay bricks are industrial alumina, mullite concentrate, and kaolin. The proportion of ingredients is as follows: industrial oxidation 30%, Wulai stone concentrate 35%, kaolin 15%, Suzhou soil 20%, and 1:1 loss on ignition. The materials are mixed in a mixer, and the feeding sequence is: industrial alumina → Suzhou soil → mullite concentrate → kaolin polystyrene pellets → admixture → water. After molding and drying, it is fired in a tunnel kiln at a firing temperature of 15000°C and kept for 16 hours. The finished product is processed according to the required size.
