When the tuyere masonry is unstable, the tuyere equipment will deform and leak the air, which affects the life of the blast furnace. In order to improve the stability of the tuyere masonry, the combined brick structure is generally adopted. At the same time, in the process of the blast furnace production, there is the intrusion and precipitation of K, Na, Zn and so on at the brick joints of the refractory bricks in the tuyere, which also causes the expansion of the refractory bricks in the furnace and makes the tuyere turn up, which increases a lot of trouble for the production. It is very difficult to adjust the Angle of the tuyere at high temperature, and affects the normal production of the blast furnace. Through the material improvement, the pouring material has high alkaline resistance, through the overall pouring tuyere lining, avoid the brick seam of the masonry, reduce the air permeability, avoid the combined brick up-warping deformation and other shortcomings, at the same time, the pouring construction speed is fast, shorten the construction period.

Through the study of resistant material erosion in the blast furnace tuyere area, through material improvement, the cast material has high alkali metal erosion and avoid volume expansion.

The overall pouring material of the blast furnace tuyere lining is based on Al-SiC silicon pouring material, and a certain amount of SI3N4 and metal Si are added. Using the in situ reaction mechanism, Sialon combined with Al-Sic pouring material is obtained. Relative to the ceramic combination of corundum mullite stone brick, one-time solution to slag erosion resistance, alkali resistance and micro-porosity rate and other three technical problems. Because the ceramic combination of corundum mo-lai stone brick is generally very easy to be eroded by the slag, the alkaline resistance is very poor, but the resistance to iron water dissolution is very good. The Al-Sic silicon castable has good alkali resistance and slag erosion resistance, so it is feasible to pour the blast furnace air outlet with the whole cast material.

The experiment was collected with electrically fused dense corundum, with Sic as the aggregate, and the matrix part included silicon Nitride, aluminum oxide powder, silicon metal and aluminum, plus a small amount of dispersant and organic explosion-proof fiber.
