When laying out the regenerator of the internal combustion hot blast furnace, according to the spray center line, lay down the vertical center line from the thermocouple hole on the top of the furnace, put the center line on the bottom of the furnace, and then mark the regenerator on the surface of the spray coating layer. The center line of the cross extends as the masonry height rises.

The lay-out of the regenerator of the external combustion type hot blast stove is the same as that of the internal combustion type. First, take the spraying center line as the benchmark, mark the cross center line of the furnace body on the surface of the spray coating layer, and extend with the rise of the masonry height. .

When the regenerator wall is built, the combination bricks of the wall and the holes below the furnace grate should check the verticality and radian of the wall and the combination bricks, and confirm whether they meet the design and construction requirements, and the hole combination bricks cannot be closed after the masonry is completed. .

The internal combustion type fence is sprayed first, and then the masonry of the checkered bricks is started. During masonry, the multi-ring wall should be constructed from the inside to the outside, and the inner ring bricks should be built first, and the outer ring bricks should be close to the inner ring checker brick for masonry. The gap between the checker brick and the sprayed layer should be filled with asbestos board or filler, and the top surface of the filler should not be lower than the surface of the masonry by 500mm.

When building the outer-combustion hot blast stove enclosure, it should be constructed according to the center line. The enclosure composed of multiple rings is built from the outer ring brick layer to the inner ring brick layer, and the flatness of the inner radius of the brick layer should be confirmed during masonry. When the inner ring is built with bricks, mark the elevation of the brick layer on the thermal insulation refractory brick layer.

The expansion joints and sliding joints of the masonry of the upper and lower sections of the inner and outer combustion hot blast furnace shells should be reserved according to the design requirements, and the surface of each section of the support plate is leveled with refractory castables.

The regenerator checker brick are usually seven-hole checker brick, and each layer should be staggered during masonry, and the upper and lower lattice holes should be aligned. The checker brick around the edge position and at the connection of the fence should be pre-classified and marked according to the design size before masonry.

Before the checker brick are built, pull out the cross center line at the four angles of 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° of the wall masonry, and then pull out two columns of masonry centers on both sides of the 90° and 270° lines. Line, the center is listed as the center line of the first column of masonry.

The first layer of checkered bricks is pre-laid by dry placement. After checking that its center position is accurate and qualified, the masonry is formally built. After the masonry is completed and the flatness of the masonry surface is confirmed to meet the requirements, the masonry of the second layer of checkered bricks starts. .

The deviation of the expansion joints between the checkered bricks is 4mm for clay checker bricks; 8mm for high alumina checker bricks; 12mm for siliceous checker bricks. Use yellow cardboard or foam plastic board to fill the expansion joint tightly, and stick the expansion joint board to the side of the checkered brick, and paste it while laying.

After the lattice brick masonry is completed, check again whether the hole position of the lattice hole is unobstructed, and use the inspection tool to pass through the full height of the lattice hole, that is, the construction is over.
