High strength impervious castable
On the basis of traditional proportioning, high strength impervious castables are adjusted by particle gradation, adding different admixtures, reducing cement dosage, improving performance, improving medium temperature strength and load softening temperature, reducing thermal conductivity and good thermal stability. With the penetration resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, good mechanical properties, furnace structure, strong integrity, air tightness is better than brick stove, prolonging the life, save the furnace repair cost, the characteristics of significant economic benefits. The cement added at 3-8%, and the CaO content is generally between 1-3%, is called low cement castable. The castable with CaO content less than 1% is called super low cement castable.

Its advantages are:
