Introduction:

3K brick is also called chromium zirconium mullite brick. It has three resistances: corrosion resistance, spalling resistance and thermal shock resistance.

3K brick uses fused zirconium mullite and chromium powder as aggregates, adds additives, and is formed at high temperature. Used in key parts of glass furnaces, its excellent resistance to acid, alkali and boric acid erosion, peeling resistance and impact resistance can solve the problem of short furnace life due to unstable refractory properties of glass furnaces.

The glass pool wall gradually becomes thinner due to erosion by the liquid glass, causing damage to the wall and leakage of the liquid glass. 3KC-35 chromium zirconium mullite bricks are used as wall patching bricks. They are not easy to burst when exposed to high temperatures. They can also resist the erosion of glass liquid and extend the life of the glass melting furnace by 3-5 years.

Usage:

Tongue vents, flame outlet vents, wall hooks, nozzle bricks, etc. used in the glass kiln combustion chamber. It is also used in the upper lattice body of the regenerator that is severely corroded in glass kilns, glass wool and other pulverized coking coal combustion technologies. It can be used in the feeding port of small electric kilns, ceramic kilns, enamel kilns, alkali kilns, glass wool kilns, glass fiber kilns, float glass kilns, horseshoe kilns, etc.
