Magnesium-aluminum-chromium composite spinel brick is based on the production process of magnesia-aluminum spinel brick, adding synthetic raw materials containing Cr2O3 to form a composite spinel composed of MgAI2O4 and MgCr204 as the main crystals inside the product, so that the product has the advantages of periclase brick, spinel brick and magnesia-chrome brick.
The magnesia-chrome brick composite spinel brick has the advantages of good thermal shock stability, strong corrosion resistance, easy to stick to the kiln skin, and low thermal conductivity.
Product application:
Large-scale dry-process cement rotary kiln firing zone and transition zone, zinc leaching slag volatilization rotary kiln and various non-ferrous metal smelting industries.
