Description
Normally, Silicone refractory ball is an acidic refractory material with a mass fraction of SiO2 greater than 93%. The other components are mainly Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, and some alkali metal oxides. The refractory degree of silicon refractory ball is generally 1710-1550 ° C, and the softening temperature of the load is higher, which can reach 1640-1650 ° C.
Advantages
It is of good acid slag erosion resistance, high softening temperature which is close to its refractoriness, good thermal conductivity, higher thermal vibration stability used under 600℃.
Silicon refractory ball is of high mechanical strength, long service life, good chemical stability, good high temperature resistance, etc. The highest heat-resistance temperature can reach 1900℃.
