(1)Burner
Each part of the Burner includes the flat wall of the Burner crater, the Burner stack, the burner brick, the burner brick stack, the burner slope wall, the vertical wall, the burner side wall, the burner bottom and the burner inlet wall connected to the regenerator , wall, bottom. Among them, except for burner bricks and burner bottoms, which use 33# oxidation method non-shrinkage cast fused-cast corundum bricks, other places can use Fused casting AZS33PT # bricks.
Zirconium sealing material, high-alumina heat-insulation bricks and high-alumina plastic insulation materials can be used for heat preservation of burner straight and inclined walls.
For thermal insulation of the side walls, zirconium sealing material and high-alumina heat-insulating bricks or non-asbestos calcium silicate boards can be used.
Under the burner bottom bricks, zircon bricks, clay heat insulation bricks and ceramic fiber boards can be used for heat preservation.
α-βAl2O3 bricks can also be used for the brick structure of the burner mouth and the surrounding parapet.
(2) Regenerator
①The roof of the regenerator
The roof of the regenerator should be made of high-quality silica bricks, and the insulation of the roof can be in the same form and material as that of the large wall of the melting part.
②Regenerator wall
The regenerator walls, including partition walls, are required to have the same structure and material in the same horizontal section.
The inner lining of the regenerator wall in the upper space of the lattice body should be made of high-quality silica bricks, plus lightweight silica bricks and coated with sealing and heat-insulating paint or asbestos-free calcium silicate board. The upper target wall and lining wall can also be directly combined with magnesia-chrome bricks, plus high-alumina heat insulation bricks and paint or asbestos-free calcium silicate boards.
For the inner lining of the regenerator wall, within the height range from above the grate to the top surface of the lattice body, it is advisable to use the same material as that of the same height section of the lattice body, or to use materials one level lower than that of the same section of lattice body in the upper and middle upper sections. For basic bricks, the middle section is directly combined with magnesia-chrome bricks and the lower section is made of low-porosity clay bricks.
Another selection method is to use directly bonded magnesia-chrome bricks for the upper and middle sections of the wall, and low-porosity clay bricks for the lower section.
The wall body of the regenerator shall be strengthened for thermal insulation and sealing. In the outer layer of the wall lining, use clay heat insulation bricks or high alumina heat insulation bricks, apply sealing heat insulation mud or paste non-asbestos calcium silicate board.
For the regenerator wall below the leveling bricks of the furnace bar, ordinary clay bricks can be used, and clay heat insulation bricks are used for the outer layer.
③Regenerator lattice body
The lattice body of the vertical regenerator is divided into several sections from top to bottom due to different temperatures and atmospheres, and each section of the lattice body is built with lattice bricks of different materials. For the lattice body without special requirements, high-purity magnesia bricks containing MgO 97% or 95% should be used in the section where the temperature is 1300~1100°C; directly bonded magnesia-chrome bricks should be used in the section where the temperature is 1100~800°C , Spinel bricks; in the section where the temperature is below 800 ℃, clay bricks with low porosity can be used for code cutting.
The brick shape of checker bricks is currently mainly rectangular. In order to further improve the heat exchange efficiency, tube-shaped bricks and cross-shaped fused-cast zirconium corundum bricks can be used.
④Regenerator grate
a. The lattice body of the regenerator is all built with sintered materials, and the furnace bars and leveling bricks can be made of high-strength and low-porosity clay bricks.
High-strength and low-porosity clay bricks can be used. combine
b. The lattice body of the regenerator is all built with cross-shaped fused-cast zirconia corundum bricks, and the furnace bars and leveling bricks must be built with fused-cast zirconia corundum bricks, and a layer of clay-based guard bars should be added under the furnace bars .
(3) flue
The inner lining of the flue should be made of ordinary clay bricks, and the outer clay insulation bricks, or clay-based sealing and heat-insulating castables. Cement mortar waterproof layer.
