Intruction of Calcium aluminate Refractory Cement :
Calcium aluminate Refractory Cement is a bauxite and limestone as raw materials, calcined clinker with calcium aluminate as the main component and alumina content of about 50%, and then re-grinded into a hydraulic cementitious material. Calcium aluminate Refractory Cement is often yellow or brown, and sometimes gray.
Calcium aluminate Refractory Cement is divided into four types: CA-50, CA-60, CA-70, and CA-80. The setting time and strength of each type of cement for each type of cement should not be lower than the standard.
Application of Calcium aluminate Refractory Cement :
Calcium aluminate Refractory Cement CA-70/80 is used for manufacturing good property (low water, low cement) refractory castable, or unshaped bulk refractory materials, which are used in high temperature, high pressure, and reducing condition. It is also high quality binder of refractory castable, which is extensively applied in chemical industry, metallurgical industry, building material, petroleum industry, ceramic industry etc.
